I recently knitted Jungle Joe from New Idea’s NS 18 Cosies-Toys and Novelties booklet. I omitted the tusks that were made using wire and crochet his eyes rather than use buttons. Click here for Joe’s pattern.

If I was to knit him again, I would knit some circular tubes to line his legs before stuffing to help him stand better.
